We are seeking experienced child protection professionals to join our program.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake assessments to identify and address safety concerns for children and young people.
- Engage in collaborative practice that acknowledges the culture and context of each child, young person, and their family.
- Source timely information and make evidence-based decisions to ensure the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of children and young people.
- Maintain accurate client records for reporting and information sharing.
- Participate in a culture of continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with contemporary practice knowledge and skills.
We require applicants to have excellent analytical, assessment, and communication skills, as well as strong relationships with partner agencies and stakeholders.
