We are seeking dedicated and passionate professionals to join our team as Early Childhood Educators or Senior Educators at Goodstart Early Learning. As an Early Childhood Educator or Senior Educator, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing engaging learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and team members.
- Develop and implement high-quality education programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our education programs and practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education for the Early Childhood Educator position.
- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education for the Senior Educator position.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- A commitment to reflective practice and continuous improvement.
