About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator or Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early learning experiences for children, while also contributing to the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Support the Education Program
    • Develop and implement engaging and inclusive educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective education program.
  • Build Strong Relationships with Children and Families
    • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
    • Communicate effectively with families to ensure their needs are met and their children receive the best possible care.
  • Contribute to a Safe and Inclusive Environment
    • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and colleagues.
    • Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards and Goodstart Policies.
Requirements
  • Qualifications and Experience
    • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Educator role).
    • Diploma of Early Childhood Education (Senior Educator role).
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
    • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
