We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to lead our Early Childhood team at Goodstart Bayview Heights. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional educational programs and ensuring the highest quality care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
