As a Senior Fixed Plant Maintenance Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving our vision and mission.

About You

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Fixed Plant Maintenance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in fixed plant maintenance and shutdown management.

The role involves overseeing and coordinating all aspects of fixed plant maintenance and shutdown activities, ensuring timely and within-budget completion of projects.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of technicians and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of fixed plant maintenance and shutdown activities
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
  • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and shutdown projects, ensuring cost-effective execution

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fixed plant maintenance and shutdown management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale maintenance and shutdown projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines
