Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Electricians to join our Mobile Plant Maintenance team in a challenging and rewarding role.

About the Role

This is an ongoing position with an immediate start, based on a 4 on 3 off roster. As a Roving Crew Electrician, you will be responsible for performing electrical maintenance and repairs on heavy industry equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and safety of plant and equipment
  • Perform fault-finding and repair work on electrical systems and equipment
  • Liaise with clients and management to coordinate site requirements and deliver results
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant trade qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Company vehicle supplied for site travel
  • Current QLD Electrical Licence
  • HV Switching and EEHA certifications (desirable)
  • Instrumentation experience and Coal Board Medical certification (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
