About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Industry Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Bowen Basin. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work with a leading provider of mobile and fixed plant maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair heavy industry equipment, including boilers, machinery, and electrical systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment.
  • Identify and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
Requirements
  • A current Coal Board Medical Certificate.
  • A Standard 11 - Statement of Attainment.
  • A relevant trade qualification, such as a certificate III in engineering or a related field.
  • A current drivers licence.
  • Confined spaces, working at heights, and gas test atmospheres qualifications.
  • A high risk work license - EWP/LF (highly desirable).
  • The ability to pass a weld test.
