Job Title: Office Administrator

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

As an Office Administrator, you will be tasked with delivering high-quality customer service, processing invoices and raising quotes, following up on purchase orders, and entering orders into the system.

  • Process invoices and raise quotes.
  • Follow up on purchase orders and match them to invoices.
  • Enter orders into the system.
  • Liaise with clients on overdue invoices.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for sales representatives.
  • Answer incoming calls and redirect to the relevant department.
  • Coordinate corporate promotional packs for clients.
  • Arrange catering for client meetings and events.
  • Assist with client queries and find solutions to their needs.
  • Attend weekly and monthly meetings.
