
Employee Communication Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Communications Coordinator to join our Stakeholder Engagement team in Sydney. The successful candidate will work closely with the Employee Communications Manager and internal stakeholders to develop, deliver and execute employee communications strategy.
This role involves:
- Assisting in the development, delivery and execution of the employee communications strategy
- Working with the Manager, Employee Communications on major company communications activities
- Supporting all channels for employee communications execution, including intranet, Yammer, video content production and other enterprise level employee communications channels
- Being the first point of contact for requests or feedback from employees and providing relevant advice and support
- Coordinating Employee Advocacy Group activity and maintaining a calendar and content library
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Previous experience in a communications role or content/copywriting
- Tertiary qualification in communications or a field with an emphasis on communications
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
- Graphic design experience desirable but not essential
