Key Responsibilities

This role involves leading the commissioning and testing of signalling equipment, including track equipment, location cases, and SERs. You will be responsible for functional testing and commissioning of level crossings, interlocking software updates, and development of test and commissioning plans.

As a senior tester, you will manage the day-to-day requirements of the testing teams, direct testing and commissioning activities, and ensure all testing and certification has been undertaken to the correct specifications.

Responsibilities include:

  • Functional testing and commissioning of signalling equipment
  • Development of test and commissioning plans
  • Management of testing personnel
  • Direct testing and commissioning activities
  • Ensuring all testing and certification is completed correctly
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this key role, you must have;

  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience
  • Advanced understanding of MS Office suite
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Able to communicate effectively with varying levels of personnel
  • Ability to work autonomously
