">Description:

The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent organizational skills, be highly efficient, and have a passion for business development. As a trusted advisor to the director, you will play a key role in supporting their daily tasks and ensuring seamless execution of business strategies.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the director with administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, scheduling, and coordination of meetings and events
  • Manage calendars, emails, and other communication channels to ensure timely responses and minimize delays
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to optimize business processes and improve productivity
">Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an executive support role, preferably in a corporate setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and other productivity tools
