
Clinical Patient Access Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Patient Access Liaison to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Interviewing patients in a fast-paced clinical environment to obtain necessary account information.
- Communicating effectively with patients and their families, guiding them through the registration process, insurance policies, and healthcare benefits.
- Ensuring patient brochures/registration documents are presented, explained, and completed accurately.
- To interview patients and gather necessary account information in a timely manner.
- To communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure a smooth registration process.
- To present, explain, and complete patient brochures/registration documents accurately.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Post-high school coursework in healthcare, accounting, business, or public relations is preferred.
- One year of customer service experience or general office support in any industry is desired.
- Experience in registration, insurance verification/pre-certification, financial counseling, and patient accounts is beneficial.
- The ability to function in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Knowledge of keyboard use and Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to recommend solutions.
