This position involves interacting with patients virtually to assess their clinical needs and requirements, evaluating patient medical concerns, and guiding members toward appropriate resources for care and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive population health through effective clinical access and communication
  • Provide exceptional experience and support to patients and physicians
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and physician's care teams
  • Utilize keyboards with extreme accuracy and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Associate's degree with a Bachelor's in Nursing within three years
  • A current license to practice registered nursing in your state
  • Three years recent clinical experience in a physician office, home health, critical care, and/or emergency room
  • Knowledge of keyboard operation with extreme accuracy and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
