Job Description

This is a key role that requires leading the development and implementation of strategic communications plans to engage customers, employees, and the wider community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and rolling out internal communications frameworks to inform and engage employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement content strategies across various channels, including intranet, newsletters, leadership updates, digital signage, and social media.
  • Explore and apply AI tools to create smarter, more personalized content.
  • Manage the comms calendar to ensure timely and relevant messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, aligned messaging.
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in communications, preferably in professional services.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in communications, PR, or marketing.
  • Excellent written and oral skills, including copywriting experience for various channels.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and brand touchpoints.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Comfortable with AI-powered tools for copy creation.
