To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in health, psychology, social work, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in delivering high-quality customer-centric support, including group and individual programming.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in planning, coordinating, and evaluating group programs, as well as delivering life skills and STEAM subjects.
