Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Intellectual Property Lawyer to join our office. The successful candidate will have 1-5 years PQE in intellectual property law at a top-tier or specialist firm, with hands-on experience in patent litigation.

  • Lead and support patent litigation matters, including validity and infringement proceedings
  • Advise on contentious IP disputes and enforcement strategies across patents, trademarks, copyright and confidential information
  • Draft court documents, expert evidence summaries and strategic position papers for domestic and cross-border disputes
  • Collaborate with counsel to deliver commercially focused outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong academic background and demonstrable technical aptitude (science degree highly regarded)
  • Proven track record advising on complex litigation and advisory IP work in a client-facing capacity
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong drafting skills and the ability to distil technical issues into clear legal advice
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to align strategy to business objectives
