Job Description

As a Clinic Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team towards achieving our goals of delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding our team to deliver on our customer value proposition, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and planning staffing needs to optimize coverage and labour efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by Example: Inspire and motivate your team to excel in their roles, achieving and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth operation of the clinic, plan and oversee staffing needs to ensure optimal coverage and labour efficiency within the business.
  • Client Experience: Lead the team to deliver on our customer value proposition and be the one they rave about.
  • Business Growth: Work to increase clinic profitability and expansion.
What We're Looking For:
  • Formal qualification in Beauty (e.g. Certificate IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy).
  • Previous experience in a clinical or aesthetic environment is preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve KPI targets.
  • Strong business acumen and a passion for the beauty industry.
  • A focus on delivering excellent customer service and results.
