We are seeking an experienced Data Quality Assurance Manager to lead our data-focused testing efforts.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in data-focused testing roles, with at least 2 years in test leadership or coordination capacity. Strong SQL expertise and hands-on experience testing data pipelines and transformations are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead testing efforts across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
  • Manage data migration projects involving Databricks or similar cloud-based data platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of modern data architectures, including data lakes, Delta Lake, and medallion architecture. This knowledge will enable them to develop and implement effective testing strategies that drive business outcomes.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data-focused testing roles
  • At least 2 years of experience in test leadership or coordination capacity
  • Strong expertise in SQL
  • Hands-on experience testing data pipelines and transformations
  • Proven track record in data migration projects

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
