Crane Operator Position

Port Hedland Depot is seeking an experienced Crane Operator to join their crew. As a Crane Operator, you will be required to support with general taxi hire, adhoc and shutdown mine maintenance across a range of sites in the Pilbara.

The role involves mobilization and demobilization of the assigned crane in relevant configuration, operating the crane in line with work standards and instructions, positioning and repositioning the load, performing periodic preventative and routine maintenance, and ensuring all work is carried out safely and effectively.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months open crane and hydraulic experience
  • Experience with shutdowns & Taxi hire
  • High risk license - CO & RA/RI
  • Valid Australian HR driver's license minimum
  • Working at heights (within 2 years)
  • Police clearance (within 12 months)
