Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Machinery Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will provide on-site support for diverse range of CAT equipment across various industries.

Main Responsibilities
  • Visiting customer sites to diagnose and repair faults on Caterpillar equipment
  • Carrying out maintenance and servicing of mining and marine machinery
  • Managing Work Orders efficiently
  • Implementing Product Improvement Plans and Product Support Programs
  • Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to safety protocols
  • Collaborating with customers to achieve machine availability and reliability goals
Key Requirements
  • Australian recognized Heavy Mobile Plant Trade Certificate with post-trade experience in field service
  • Driver's License and LR license required (minimum)
  • HRWL (i.e. LF, DG, WP) & Working at Heights certifications
  • Refrigerant Handling License (preferred but not essential)
  • Caterpillar Mining Machinery and Marine equipment expertise
  • Extensive diagnostic and fault-finding skills through CAT SIS & CAT ET
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in remote environments, both individually and as part of a team
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement principles
