  • Approval to teach Special Education with expertise in individualised classroom teaching practice for students with Emotional Disturbances and Behavioural Difficulties.">
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and evaluate quality data-driven Individual Education plans with future-focused strategies to meet the needs of students with challenging behaviors and mental health needs.">
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers, SLSO staff, external support agencies, and the wider community to achieve positive student outcomes.">
  • Proven classroom management expertise and wellbeing practices with a commitment to building the capacity of colleagues to promote improved outcomes for students with challenging behaviours.">

An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.
