Job Overview

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional property services and facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver outstanding customer experience and property management.
  • Proactively manage properties and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Build meaningful tenant relationships to inform customer experience strategy and initiatives.
  • Manage lease obligations, transactions, and administrative duties while adhering to relevant procedures.
  • Monitor financial performance related to contracted income, recoveries, operational expenditure, and arrears.
  • Prepare monthly reports and input into re-forecasting as required.
  • Act as a single point of responsibility and accountability for overall operational performance.

  • You are a passionate, proactive, driven, and service-oriented Property Manager with strong follow-through and execution.
  • You have the ability to juggle competing priorities and are financially savvy with budgeting and financial management expertise.
  • You understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration to achieve results.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in office and/or industrial property management including budgeting and financial management.
  • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments, and trends.
  • Demonstrated experience liaising with clients, the public, and at all levels of a business.
  • Ability to interpret leases, licences, and similar legal documents.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles with particular reference to accrual accounting.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and implement process improvements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
