Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio of industrial properties, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage maintenance activities, including preventative/programmed maintenance and reactive maintenance.
  • Utilize systems such as My Buildings, NEXUS, MRI, and Microsoft to manage day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and tenants through regular meetings and communication.
  • Review and assess documentation associated with new property acquisitions.
  • Process work orders and tax invoices in accordance with delegated authority.
  • Create and implement technical specifications and tenant information packs.
  • Deliver annual budgets and review capex budget items.
  • Oversight of capital management, including debt and hedging profiles.
Qualifications
  • Strong background in facilities management.
  • Experience managing multi-site portfolios.
  • Able to commute to an office location.
  • Natural ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent HSE and maintenance compliance experience.
