Role OverviewThis role offers a unique opportunity for experienced educators to take their career to the next level. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality programs, supporting the development of child-focused initiatives, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Program Delivery: Design and implement engaging programs that promote children's exploration, learning, and play.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the service manager to plan, prepare, and deliver services that meet the needs of children, families, and staff.
- Community Engagement: Establish positive relationships with school communities, fostering a sense of belonging and partnership.
- Teamwork: Contribute to a supportive team environment, driving our mission to give every child the best day ever.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Experience: Previous experience in OSHC or childcare is ideal but not essential.
- Qualifications: Working towards or willing to enroll in an ACECQA-approved qualification is desirable.
