Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as an Accreditation Policy Coordinator.

This role will play a critical part in maintaining accreditation evidence portals and coordinating clinical policy and procedure programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to customers.

As a key member of the Quality and Safety team, you will contribute to the improvement of accreditation and clinical quality and safety across the organization.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory bodies' reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate preparation for accreditation assessment visits.
  • Support dissemination of findings from accreditation surveys and visits.
  • Assist with the development of proforma reporting templates or processes.
  • Support clinical teams to complete audits in accordance with the organisational audit program.
  • Oversee and support accreditation documentation to ensure it contains the required content to achieve successful accreditation against relevant standards.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering accreditation programs in a complex healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in acute healthcare and/or out of hospital programs.
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems.
  • Experience in Clinical Audit, Quality Improvement and Risk Management programs.
  • Relevant understanding of National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards and accreditation experience.
