Housing Policy Coordinator

Our team is currently seeking a detail-oriented professional to join us as a Housing Policy Coordinator.
We are looking for someone with exceptional administration and project management skills, who is able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
This role will involve providing critical support for government meetings, including secretariat services, coordinating papers, organizing venues, catering, agendas, minute taking and travel and accommodation arrangements.
You will also assist in the coordination, preparation and presentation of reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet and agency submissions on a range of matters.
Maintenance of accurate information and records using departmental administrative and business support systems is also an essential part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and prepare materials for government meetings and other events.
- Provide advice and assistance to stakeholders on a range of matters.
- Maintain accurate records and information systems.
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and have a strong attention to detail.
