Christmas is the perfect time to shine at Platypus Shoes, and we're on the hunt for someone with energy, enthusiasm, and a love of sneakers. As a Christmas Casual, you'll be the face of our stores across Chermside, Northlakes & Morayfield, helping customers find their perfect kicks, unloading stock, and keeping our shelves looking fresh and tidy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create an Unforgettable Customer Experience: Make every customer feel like a VIP by delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Smash Sales Goals: Work as part of a high-performing team to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Keep Stock Moving: Receive, restock, and keep our shelves full to ensure customers can always find what they need.
  • Pick and Pack Orders: Efficiently pick and pack online orders to get them out the door quickly.
  • Maintain a Fresh Store Environment: Keep our stores looking their best, including tidying up and maintaining visual displays.
What We're Looking For
  • Availability: Full availability from October 2024 to mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays.
  • Retail Experience: While not essential, retail experience is a plus.
  • Sneaker Passion: A genuine passion for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer service.
