Slurry Solutions Innovator

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our technology innovation efforts in slurry solutions. The successful candidate will drive advancements and innovations in hydrotransport, slurry pipelines and slurry pumping.
You will be responsible for scouting and assessing new technologies, developing and executing enterprise technology roadmaps, leading design and product concept developments, and fostering internal innovation and IP generation.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of pumping solutions and equipment, flow sheets, slurry characterisation, survey and test work, as well as experience with research and development, innovation and thought leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Masters or PhD in Mechanical Engineering highly desirable
- Chartered registered engineer certification desirable
- At least 10 years' experience in a similar role in pumping and pumping systems
- Deep knowledge of pumping solutions and equipment, flow sheets, slurry characterisation, survey and test work
- Demonstrated thought leadership and innovation in pumping and pumping systems
