Slurry Solutions Leader

The Technology and Process Innovation team is responsible for driving technology advancements in slurry solutions, hydrotransport, and slurry pumping.
This role involves leading the development of future technologies, scouting and assessing new technologies, and executing enterprise-wide technology roadmaps.
- Develop innovative solutions to improve slurry pumping and transport efficiency.
- Lead technology partnerships and collaborations with industry experts.
- Drive process design and development of new flow sheets and product concepts.
- Promote innovation within the organization and foster a culture of creativity.
The successful candidate will have expertise in slurry solutions, hydrotransport, and slurry pumping, as well as experience in leading technical teams and driving innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation and improvement in slurry solutions.
- Lead technical teams to design and develop new products and processes.
- Assess and evaluate new technologies to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute technology roadmaps.
This role requires a strong understanding of slurry solutions, hydrotransport, and slurry pumping, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
