Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated NDIS Plan Management Officer to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a part-time employee (0.6 EFT) to be part of our growing organisation, working closely with Participants, their guardians, and service providers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing NDIA-funded plans, including processing invoices and payments accurately, maintaining accurate records, providing excellent customer service and problem-solving skills across finance systems, and working collaboratively as part of a small team supporting over 700 Participants.

To be successful in this role, you will require a qualification in bookkeeping and/or previous experience working in a similar role, preferably within the Disability sector. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, honesty, reliability, and a professional attitude.
