This role presents an excellent opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service and support individuals with disabilities.

The successful candidate will be working part-time, approximately 22.8 hours per week, with the possibility of increased hours in the future.

As a key member of our team, you will provide outstanding customer service and book-keeping skills to over 700 participants.

Key Requirements:
  • A relevant qualification in book-keeping and/or prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the Disability sector.
  • An empathetic team player who genuinely cares for others professionally.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • The capacity to process invoices and payments accurately.
  • Well-developed customer service and problem-solving skills across finance systems and between participants, their guardians, and providers.
  • Honesty, reliability, and a professional attitude are essential.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a passion for delivering top-notch customer service and supporting people with disabilities.

You will receive comprehensive training and a detailed induction to ensure your success in this position.
