About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing our intranet and content uploads, and ensuring consistency across all publications and online platforms.



Main Responsibilities



  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services and events, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement.
  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and coordinate the development of sales and marketing collateral, including newsletters, blogs, and EDMs.
  • Intranet Management: Oversee the maintenance and improvement of our intranet, ensuring easy access to information and resources for staff.
  • Branding and Style: Monitor and maintain consistency in branding and corporate style across all publications, public documents, and online platforms.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate end-to-end event management, from planning to execution, to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders regarding queries or requests, providing timely and effective responses.


Requirements



  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in marketing or communications.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and tone.
  • Experience in event coordination and project management.
  • High level of organisation skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A current National & International Police Record Check (or willingness to obtain).

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
