Residential Concierge Position

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a residential concierge. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to residents, ensuring the smooth operation of the property, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key security, front door, and garage door operations, including intercom management.
  • Receive, distribute, and deliver mail, parcels, and large packages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, resident database, and daily audits.
  • Conduct regular property walk-arounds to ensure amenities are secure and up-to-date.
  • Support the cleaning and sanitization of common areas to maintain high standards of property cleanliness.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to create genuine relationships.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in using relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to work independently.
  • Valid Australian work rights and commitment to workplace health and safety.
