Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst
">Are you a data-driven professional looking to shape the future of commercial strategy? Do you have expertise in SQL, Python, and Power BI?
">As a Business Intelligence Analyst within our Commercial - Mass Markets team, you will play a key role in transforming fragmented data into actionable insights. You will work closely with our Data & Digital Insights Manager to apply strategic thinking and technical expertise to optimise how we engage with and serve customers throughout their lifecycle.
">Key responsibilities include developing end-to-end analytics solutions that connect digital usage patterns across different technology stacks, designing and automating reporting solutions using Python and SQL to deliver real-time insights into customer activities, sales performance, and digital product journeys across Web and Mobile funnels.
">Additionally, you will support the launch of new digital mobile capabilities by providing data-driven recommendations that help minimise customer contact and optimise our cost base as it evolves toward a hybrid SaaS operating model.
">Required skills and qualifications include demonstrated experience in a similar data analytics or business intelligence role, advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, strong capability in Power BI for developing dashboards and visualising complex datasets to support business decision-making.
