Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Project Delivery to join our team. As a key member of our construction department, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful completion of our data center projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of project activities, including utility interfacing, budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and ECI interface.
  • Act as a leader with vision, driving coordination and integration of internal partners within the project.
  • Ensure a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspects of data center commissioning and integration.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including NSD, D&E, Construction, Procurement, and Critical Operations, to deliver data centers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10 to 12 years of experience in a management role, with complex and technical construction experience required.
  • Data Center experience is preferred, with experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and/or MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management a requirement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools like MS Project or P6.
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations and substantial project management experience, with PMP certification preferred.
