A small, boutique medical centre in Newcastle is seeking an experienced, compassionate professional to oversee daily operations and bring structure and calm to the clinic.

The ideal candidate will play a central role in keeping the practice running with care and efficiency—supporting both staff and patients with a gentle, can-do approach.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily operations
  • Leading and supporting a small, friendly team
  • Coordinating rosters and ensuring smooth patient flow
  • Managing invoicing, billing, and daily financial tasks
  • Liaising with private hospitals and managing referrals and correspondence

Requirements for success include:

  • Organised and approachable with excellent communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Best Practice or VIP medical software
  • Experience in medical billing, debtors, and Xero highly regarded
  • Patient-first attitude and warm personality
