Senior Contracts Administrator Job Summary:

This is a rare opportunity to work in a high-density residential and commercial projects environment.

As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you'll play a central role across the full lifecycle of a major mixed-use project. This permanent role will be based out of the Brisbane office and will see you embedded in the project team from early procurement through to delivery and close-out.

You'll work closely with the Project Manager, Site and Design teams to ensure cost control, contract compliance, and smooth commercial administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer head contracts and subcontractor packages
  • Lead procurement planning and subcontractor letting
  • Manage variations, claims, forecasting, and cost tracking
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Assist in financial reporting and project reviews
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or Senior CA on large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use builds
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, construction methodology, and cost management
  • Clear communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with major contract forms and construction software
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or related disciplines
