Operations Leader - Nightfill

The Operations Leader, Nightfill will be accountable for the overall performance and success of the night-fill department. This includes ensuring deadlines are met, maintaining exceptional store presentation during evening and night trade, and leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.

  • This role requires flexibility with evening working hours as well as previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Direct leadership experience is essential to lead, coach, and develop a team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
