Job Overview

My Place Hotel is seeking a motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout the hotel. The role involves supervising, training, and supporting housekeeping staff, inspecting rooms and public areas, and assisting in managing housekeeping operations to ensure efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks such as scheduling, timekeeping, and supply management.
  2. Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff.
  3. Assign daily room tasks and ensure timely completion.
  4. Conduct inspections for cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to hotel standards.
  5. Support the team by cleaning guest rooms and public areas when necessary.
  6. Address guest concerns professionally and promptly.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and request supplies as needed.
  8. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to prepare guest rooms and maintain quality standards.
Qualifications
  1. Experience in housekeeping supervision within a hotel or hospitality environment.
  2. Willingness and ability to perform cleaning duties as needed.
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  4. High attention to detail and dedication to quality.
  5. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
  6. Basic computer skills; familiarity with housekeeping software is a plus.
  7. English proficiency; bilingual skills are advantageous.
