As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and execution of senior-level project management services across assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, providing expert advisory support to clients on various aspects of commercial real estate development.
  • Ensure that all projects adhere to our established framework and processes, as defined by our operations leadership.
  • Lead the ideation and evolution of project frameworks and processes in collaboration with our senior leadership team.
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual meetings regarding portfolios of projects.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors to successfully execute projects, preparing relevant documentation as needed.
  • Create presentation decks and collateral for executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Mentor, motivate, and lead teams, including supporting the development and training of individuals.
  • Oversight of strategy through construction closeout and monitoring for multiple large-scale projects.
  • Prioritize, delegate, and communicate effectively throughout a project's lifecycle.
  • Track and manage project scopes, budgets, financials, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
