We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Planning Consultant to undertake statutory planning assessment and determination functions for planning scheme amendments, combined permit and amendments and Local Provisions Schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and a proven track record of working with planning schemes. They will be highly organized, with excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake statutory planning assessment and determination functions for planning scheme amendments, combined permit and amendments and Local Provisions Schedules
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective planning solutions
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to gather information and assess compliance
  • Prepare and present reports and recommendations to decision-makers

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree in Urban Planning or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in planning and development
  • Strong knowledge of planning legislation and policy
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
