Job Overview

We are seeking casual harvest workers to join our operations in Narromine NSW. The successful applicants will be responsible for receiving, storing and loading grain while maintaining high standards of site cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the receipt, storage and loading of grain at our Narromine facility.
  • Maintain a safe working environment with stringent health and safety protocols.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to adapt to new tasks and situations.
  • Strong focus on compliance and occupational health and safety.
  • A pre-employment medical fitness declaration will be required prior to commencement.
  • Regular Drug and Alcohol testing will be conducted.
  • Must be physically fit with good general health.
Desirable Qualifications
  • A forklift, front-end loader, reach stacker ticket or an HR Truck licence is advantageous.
  • Candidates with experience in agriculture, logistics, trades or construction are encouraged to apply.
