About The Role: We have job opportunities for Harvest Casuals - Grain Handlers based at our site in Coonamble. We are seeking hands-on people to assist with receiving, storing and loading grain whilst maintaining focus on site hygiene and cleanliness.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with receiving, storing and loading grain at the site.
  • Maintain site hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Work as part of a team; communicate effectively.
  • Be willing to learn and adapt to new tasks.
  • Adhere to SHS compliance and maintain safety-conscious behaviour.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role (agriculture, logistics, trades or construction) is encouraged.
  • A forklift, front-end loader, reach stacker ticket or an HR Truck licence will be advantageous.
  • Good communication skills; strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and willingness to learn.
  • Safety-focused and compliant with site safety requirements.
  • Pre-employment medical fitness declaration will be required prior to commencement; regular Drug and Alcohol testing conducted.
