Project Manager Role Overview

  • Oversee daily site operations for earthworks and pavements packages ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Manage quality assurance processes, inspection test plans (ITPs), and technical documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to achieve project milestones.
  • Monitor safety, quality, and progress to meet project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate site activities to optimize resource utilization.
  • Develop and implement QA procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.

About the Position:

  • Expected qualifications include a degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Prior experience on major road projects is highly desirable.
  • A strong background in earthworks and/or pavements is essential.
  • The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
