Lead Product Manager for Everyday Banking

As a seasoned product leader, you will drive the vision and strategy for innovative everyday banking experiences that delight customers. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through seamless banking.

  • Developing strategic partnerships with cross-functional teams to design and deliver end-to-end journeys from discovery to launch.
  • Leading the development of digital products, leveraging data insights and experimentation to validate ideas and measure impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Defining and executing product strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  2. Partnering with engineering, design, analytics, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and continuous iteration.
  3. Providing product leadership across squads, mentoring, influencing product practices, and helping peers raise their craft.
  4. Setting and monitoring clear KPIs, such as activation, frequency of use, NPS, and error rate, to grow impact through iteration and scale.

Requirements:

  • Considerable experience in product roles, particularly delivering customer-facing digital products, ideally fintech or high-growth platform companies.
  • A track record of scaling products end-to-end with measurable growth and engagement results.
  • Expertise in product discovery, experimentation, Lean/Agile methodologies, and working in squad-based models.
  • Strong strategic mindset: able to translate trends, data, and insights into clear product direction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: comfortable influencing at multiple levels.
