Lead Banking Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced banking specialist to lead our team in delivering exceptional results. As a Lead Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing business strategies, and ensuring seamless execution of projects.

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and implement strategies to drive success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions, and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and apply knowledge to drive innovation and excellence.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of banking and financial products, payment processing, and digital banking.
  • Practical experience in pricing and deal management systems, with hands-on implementation on legacy or next-gen platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively manage client expectations and facilitate workshops.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and identify key insights, with expertise in tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with ISO 20022 messaging standards and application in payment platforms.
  • Understanding of domestic or international payment systems, including NPP, BECS DE, BPAY, HVCS, and SWIFT cross-border.
  • Knowledge of interchange and scheme fees.
