Grounds and Maintenance Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grounds and Maintenance Officer to join our team at Stockland Point Cook in Melbourne, VIC. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the continued comfort, safety, and happiness of our valued retail customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about their work, enjoys variety, and is committed to delivering high-quality results. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:
- Assuming responsibility for the everyday maintenance and presentation of the Centre, including general maintenance, tiling, painting, and other works as requested.
- Timely and effective resolution of assigned tasks.
- Supporting processes and procedures related to the delivery of a safe, compliant, well-maintained, and sustainable Centre.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Managing and maintaining gardens and lawns, if required.
About You:
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in a similar type of role. You will have clear communication and good people skills, as well as:
- Relevant maintenance experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Appreciation for OH&S and legislative compliance and practices.

- Relevant trade qualifications will be highly regarded.
