Maintenance Officer

About the Role
Bolton Clarke is seeking a skilled Maintenance Officer to join our team at our Templestowe facility. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the condition and appearance of our facility are of the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the facility is safe and well-maintained
- Conduct general maintenance tasks, including painting, plastering, equipment repairs, and installing doors, cupboards, and shelves
- Monitor stock levels of consumables and re-order as required
- Respond to maintenance issues, including requests and complaints, in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance and grounds duties, preferably in an aged care environment
- Relevant Certificate IV qualification and/or significant relevant experience
- Current valid drivers' licence
- Evidence of Australian work rights
- Current national police check (or willing to obtain)
- 2024 Flu Vaccination (or willing to obtain)
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccinations
- A pre-employment medical assessment may be required for this role
