**Job Title:** Mental Health Clinical Specialist

**Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced mental health clinical specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct advanced clinical assessments and develop comprehensive care plans for patients with complex mental health needs.

Requirements:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of four years' post-graduate experience in mental health nursing.
  • Proven experience in clinical leadership and management within a mental health setting, with a strong understanding of relevant policies and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
