Media Strategy Lead

We're seeking a highly skilled Media Strategy Lead to lead our Paid Media team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Search and Social platforms, as well as strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate the team.

This role involves:

  • Developing and executing effective media plans across multiple channels
  • Mentoring and supporting team members with campaign questions and ongoing on-platform development
  • Ensuring the team follows required processes and meets performance expectations

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a media planning and buying role, preferably in an in-house or agency setting.

Candidates should possess a deep understanding of Google Search Ads and Meta Ads ad platforms, as well as experience working towards operational KPIs.

PREFERRED SKILLS: Knowledge of Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads ad platforms. Degree-level education or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred but not necessary.
